Voting Mishap

I got chased out of my polling place this morning.

No, I didn't do anything outrageous, or weird.

As a matter of fact, all I did was vote. Or at least I thought I was voting.

But as I was unlocking my car and getting ready to drive away, two people came running after me.

They said I forgot to press the red button on the voting machine which is the final step in casting your vote.

So back in I went and there was my machine, waiting for my finger to press the red button.

And I did.

And I thanked them.

And all is well in the world.

At least at precinct 211 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
