I tested a few old passwords that I used to use.
1. 30 seconds
2. 13 minutes
3. 3 days
And one of my current favs:

Now 38 days is pretty darn good.
One of the keys to having a good password is that it is one that you will remember, but others won't be able to guess.
So I came up with a new one, which looks like it would be perfect:
