Healthy Living or Unhealthy Dying

Our receptionist Bonnie, the crazy Canadian, was on vacation for a week and went back across the border. When she came back this week, she had a heart attack.

As I write this, she is in the hospital, resting and recovering. It was nearly 6 years ago that I found my Mom who had died the night before from a heart attack.

Ever since I have know my wife, she has been concerned about our health and we take some steps to stay healthy. Some weeks are better than others, but we never just say, "to hell with it, pass the grease and twinkies". Each day and each week we evaluate our eating and exercise and make positive adjustments. I hope you are doing the same.
