Couldn't have said it any better myself! I'm glad that people do have the common sense of Calories in/out.

However, it seems like the hardest part of the equation is the Calories OUT. People don't realize what exercise does in terms of burning calories so the ratio is messed up.

The other thing to consider is the Sports Drink that you are consuming WHILE you workout. Yes, it's replenishing some of the salt and whatnot you are losing, but you still need to consider it when you are on a diet.

Getting a job can be hard work. If a person isn't going to do the extra steps to set themselves apart from the other applicants, then I question their work ethic.

Big Companies don't care, they only care about their buddies' drinking buddies having jobs. It's let hit the bars and get plastered after work, so we will hire only so and so. I have over 50 versions of my resume and use key words, each and every time. I send my resume by e-mail and usually have a key contact to sheperd my resume, but I still can't get in! I am incredibly bright and resilant, and will literally work my fingers to the bone, yet at the end of the day, I am individual that believes in work more than friends, so that gets me nowhere.
